    I'm totally going to try that cheese sauce recipe, albeit with extra sharp cheddar instead of shredded American cheese product. Outside of that little quibble, however, that's just... brilliant, man!

  2. Love it! Have you read Square Meals by Jane and Michael Stern? Totally great vintage recipes with great cultural commentary. Almost as good as reading a Better Homes & Gardens cookbook from 1958.
