This was one of my favorite songs to sing as a little girl, and it reminds me of playing nearby as my mother ironed and listened to WASK-AM in Lafayette, Indiana.
Even as a five year old, I had no problem hitting the lower notes...in fact, this song is and continues to be right in my natural singing range.

When I first heard that song, I thought a woman was singing it. I love our music (70's). Kids today got nuttin' on us.
